Saint Augustine quote about traveling

I share a love of travel with my husband. One of his favorite quotes is

“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page,” Saint Augustine.

The SBD team and I travel often to trade shows to source new materials and furniture, and we always soak up endless inspiration when we go to market.

I love to travel with my family, too. So far this year we have trips lined up to New York, Virginia, Boston, Palm Beach, Alaska, and the mecca of good design and the best golden hour light: Italy.
